By downloading or using Trek Together ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Trek Together offers an auto-renewing subscription:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings (iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions) after purchase.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the app, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Trek Together is a recreational activity-tracking app. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may suspend or terminate access to the service for violation of these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
